Course places are allocated in the order in which registrations are received. The course fees must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and will not be accepted by telephone. In the event of cancellation up to two weeks before the course date at the latest, the course fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of CHF 80. If another training course is booked within one week of the cancellation, this cancellation fee will be waived. In the event of later cancellation or no-show, the full course fee is due. Hotel prices are quoted without guarantee. Please enquire directly at the hotel. Room bookings are also made directly with the hotel. By registering for the course, you automatically agree that photos and videos may be taken and published during the training and that we may contact you via our marketing channels, i.e. email and/or WhatsApp.
